The UK Health and Safety Executive released an Action Note after a Safeco Crazy Frog suffered a collapse in one of it’s arms at a fair in Blackpool on 30th July 2009.
Please note that the restrictions and mitigations outlined in the attached bulletin are only mandated for rides regulated under jurisdiction of the United Kingdom's Health and Safety Executive. Please check with the ride manufacturer and/or jurisdictional authorities for information on rides operating outside of the UK. |
